This Privacy Policy explains how Football Empire ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Football Empire mobile application and the website footballempire.me (together, the "Service").

• Account information: a display name and, if you choose to create an account, an email address or a sign-in identifier provided by Apple.
• Gameplay data: club progress, decisions, trophies, leaderboard scores and in-game statistics, stored so your season progress can be saved and synced.
• Purchase data: season and item purchase status. Payments are processed by the App Store; we never receive or store your payment card details.
• Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, language, crash logs and anonymized analytics events used to improve stability and gameplay.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the game, save your progress and provide leaderboards and online features.
• To process and restore eligible purchases.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To detect fraud, cheating and abuse, and to keep the Service secure.
• To analyze aggregated usage so we can fix bugs and improve the game.

3. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising profiles, and we do not collect precise location data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as cloud hosting, analytics and crash reporting), under contracts that limit how they may use it, and where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing us. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
