Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Football Empire mobile application and the website footballempire.me (together, the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Football Empire is a football club president simulation game. All clubs, players, leagues, trophies and events in the game are fictional. Football Empire is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any real football club, league or governing body.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. In-App Purchases

• Optional in-app purchases include season continuations, staff and collection items. Each additional season is a separate purchase.
• Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Season purchases do not renew automatically. The current price is shown in the app before confirmation.
• Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

4. Fair Play and Conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, or manipulate leaderboards;
• use offensive, misleading or infringing names or content;
• harass other players or disrupt the Service;
• reverse engineer, copy or resell any part of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including removal of leaderboard entries and forfeiture of virtual items.

5. Virtual Items

Virtual currency, items and progress have no real-world monetary value, are licensed (not sold) to you, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, artwork, logos, text and software, is owned by Football Empire or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time, including balance changes to gameplay. We will make reasonable efforts to announce material changes in advance.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Football Empire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
