How do I restore eligible purchases?

Open the app and go to President → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same App Store account you used for the original purchase. Season progress and already unlocked seasons are associated with your game account; sign in to the same game account to load them.

How do seasons work?

A season includes 50 decisions. Each additional season is purchased separately inside the app. Season purchases do not renew automatically. Review the price before confirming with the App Store.

Do I need paid staff to recover from a crisis?

No. Your Office includes free staff and recovery choices. Optional paid staff broaden your support. Staff purchases do not add leaderboard points.

My next season is still preparing. What should I do?

Stay signed in to the same game account and retry when connected. If a confirmed purchase has not unlocked your season, contact support with your app version and purchase reference. Do not buy the same continuation again to fix a loading problem.

My progress disappeared. What can I do?

Make sure you are signed in to the same account you played with, then restart the app so cloud sync can run. If your season progress is still missing, contact us with your player name and approximate last play date — we will help you recover it.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to President → Settings → Delete My Account, or email us from the address linked to your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I report a bug or a player?

Email us with a screenshot and a short description. For player reports, include the player name from the leaderboard.
